I had not been to the dentist in several years. I researched and found Bruno. As a person that struggles at the best of times with dentists.I found Bruno to be a professional and patient-centric. He made the process easy and explained it step by step. I waited several weeks before I posted this message as I needed a filling and wanted to see how it went. I can say without doubt we are lucky to have such a dentist in the area. And for people outside the area that do the same research you need to travel to see Bruno. A professional that's focused on patients, high quality work and reasonable prices. I would recommend Bruno and will be recommending him strongly to anyone that asks. I had an excellent experience with Dr Vincent for my wisdom tooth removal. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and very reassuring. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before starting. The removal itself was much smoother than I expected. Dr Vincent’s skill and calm approach really helped ease my nerves. The aftercare instructions were also very clear, which made my recovery easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend Dr Vincent to anyone needing wisdom tooth removal or dental treatment. Dr Bruno is an exceptional dentist. He gave us very clear, practical advice on how to better take care of our daughter’s teeth, and what really stood out was his kindness and approach. He never made us feel guilty about the condition of her teeth — instead, he was reassuring, supportive, and focused on helping us move forward. We’ve been to other dental clinics in the past where I left feeling judged and even went home crying because I was made to feel like a bad parent. With Dr Bruno, it was the complete opposite. He made us feel understood and empowered, not shamed. I suffer from really bad anxiety and was really nervous to attend a dentist appointment but from the moment I walked in and had a chat to Karen at reception I felt relaxed and happy, Karen is such a lovely person to talk to. She went through all the paperwork and organised my first appointment. This is a fantastic dentist to attend for any dental needs. Dr. Erwin Khoo is amazing, very caring and goes through everything with you before commencing any dental treatment. He is very soft when commencing dental work and always checking in with you making sure your comfortable and okay. I would highly recommend this dental for any dental treatments needed. ~ Tahlia

Honestly the best dentist ever! I was recommended by my sister, and from the moment you meet the lovely Karen at reception, to completing the initial paperwork, then meeting the dentist and their assistant, the whole experience was amazing. I had the best dentist, Dr Bruno Lim — he made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. He’s real, honest, and not trying to make you pay for unnecessary things. He actually gives you options! His dental assistant, Farah (I hope that’s how you spell her name), was wonderful too. I can’t wait to see my smile after our sessions. I would highly recommend Cranbourne North Dental. I hadn't been to a Dentist in a number of years due to a past experience and definitely felt scared to even go get my teeth cleaned. My partner finally convinced me to go as she had previously been a dental assistant and had a great experience here as well and I'm so glad I finally took the plunge. There is a lot of work to be done to get my teeth healthy again but I am glad I have found such a great Dentist in Dr Rochelle, who made me feel so calm from the second I hit the dental chair. I am terrified of the Dentist and have had bad experiences over my lifetime. It took 10 months to find someone & then have the courage to book an appointment. Dr. Vincent Hou was my dentist, He is gentle & patient. He reasured me & checked on my welbeing through the appointment. He explained every process & provided clear information as well as available treatments/options. He then followed up with written information & a quote. At 60, I have never had an experience like this one I highly recommend him & the surgery. The receptionist was welcoming & polite. The Surgery is well presented & clean. Bonus is being able to have scans done on site ~ A D

Been awhile since I've gone to see a Dentist. Going to Cranbourne North Dentist was a good experience. Dr. Ammu Ruby was professional and very thorough with my check up. I had an X-ray, which showed the current status of my teeth and gums. After she carefully explaining in detail what needs to be carried out I felt a genuine care from her. They are upfront with their cost and the staff from the front desk to their assistants are polite and friendly. I recommend Cranbourne North Dental to anyone searching for great dental services. Talented people work here, they are genuinely interested and invested in both you and your health. The doctors and their staff are extremely competent at what they do and take incredible care to put you at ease and ensure your comfort during procedures. Knowledgeable and patient, they inspire a greater aspiration to maintaining or bettering oral hygiene and awareness at home. They are warm, kind, gentle, generous, and understanding. Had a great experience at Cranbourne North Dental. Dr James Dang was great - kind, thorough and explained what was going on really well, which put me at ease. Chelsea at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful, from making the appointment to the follow-up call the day after my visit, as well as answering any questions I had regarding the treatment I received. They were upfront with you about the costs (which are quite reasonable in itself) before the appointment and before any treatment was done, so you’re not surprised by the bill. My favourite Dental place!! Never thought I would say this in my life.Had a childhood filled trauma and fear when it comes to dentist. Cranbourne North dental was recommended very highly to me from a close friend and I was surprised!! Fantastic customer service from Karen at the front desk, whether on the phone or face to face, always giving a warm welcome and providing so much assistance. And Dr Patrick Ta! I can't say enough good things about him, wonderful human being and such a caring dentist. Always making sure his patients are comfortable, always checking in when doing dental Work and always puts on your favourite show!!! I am always happy for my appointments and always leave with quality dental work. Even my partner is signed up and getting dental Work. They even have afterpay, other easy payment options, always provide reminders and staffs are always checking in next day after a root canal! I can’t recommend this dental surgery enough. I came here through a recommendation from a friend. I haven’t been to dentist in a very long time as I’m an extremely nervous and fearful person when it comes to the dentist. But a chipped tooth that was so sharp to my tongue I couldn’t eat or talk properly force me to make an appointment. Everyone at Cranbourne North Dental (from the receptionist, assistants and dentist) made me feel so comfortable and not embarrassed to have not seen dentist for so long. Dr Bruno was so patient and I felt absolutely no judgement ...just understanding and wanting to help me. I had my tooth fixed and it was fast and painless!! Everything was explained to me in detail and Dr Bruno was so gentle! Even better the bill was nowhere as much as I thought it would be! I booked an appointment for the yearly checkup for my kids and I was quite hesitant at first and anxious about how my kids would react as the situation can be quite overwhelming. However, upon our arrival, we were met with Farah (who is exceptional at her role), welcomed us with a pleasant smile and guided us to Dr. Ammu’s room. Dr. Ammu is very professional, very friendly and extremely informative with every action taken. She made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable for the kids that I had to come back for another appointment. I then booked an appointment for the 6 month check up and we were booked with Dr. Daniella who also had been very helpful and professional. She was very knowledgeable and clear in her explanation and I feel like I’m learning something new after every visit. Just around the corner from home, the Cranbourne North Dental practice is not only convenient for anybody living the Avenues/Eve/Arbourlea/Tulliallen estates, but also offers a very professional and caring service. I hadn't been to the dentist for five years - luckily I had no decay but badly stained teeth instead. I have sensitive teeth which makes the clean and polish a bit tricky but Dr Ammu was very considerate and took time to painstakingly address all of the stained areas, returning me to a sparkling smile. Today was my first time attending Cranbourne North Dental and I can't speak highly enough about my experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with the receptionist, 2x dental nurses and 2x dentists, each interaction was very professional and enjoyable. I was made to feel at ease throughout the whole process and everything was explained to me in an easy to understand manner. I even received a courtesy call prior to my appointment advising me that they had an emergency appointment that was going a little longer than expected so I could delay travel. I have a fear of the dentist, and had to make an emergency appointment due to pain. This process was very quick and easy, and my initial deposit was paid online. I want to give a big shout out to Dr. Patrick Ta who was extremely patient with me. He explained everything thoroughly, and after initial consult on area of pain, he then explained what needs to be done moving forward including the charges. I highly recommend Cranbourne North Dental. I am and have been very anxious about going to the dentist and have had bad experiences at dental practices before. I had my first visit at Cranbourne North Dental and I was put at such ease. Dr Daniella was so friendly, professional and approachable. I had a tooth extracted, and EJ was the dentist talking care of my procedure. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a kind woman named Karen with a bubbly personality which is what you want when you’ve had a toothache that’s caused you grief for 4days. Karen was also patient and helpful too. EJ was an awesome Dentist very thorough and knowledgeable and also made me feel relaxed before my extraction. Had a routine six monthly exam with Dr Erwin Khoo - a very caring dentist with good chair side manner and gentle touch. I was concerned about a particular tooth and he took the time to explain and gave advice on how best to manage the condition. The clean was totally painless even at sensitive areas. Great team spirit in the practice - Tamsin and Karen were both very friendly; you are made to feel at ease in this place :) Have made an appointment for the next visit. Dr James is very gentle and understanding of patients needs and requests. I requested him to do my filling in a certain way I feel comfortable and he did suit my request. I am very happy about it because that’s how I wanted it. He is a wonderful dentist I have come across and extremely caring and very patient in listening to our issues that may arise with increased sensitivity after dental procedures such as filling.
